Introduction
I am aware of the very real phenomenon of GANGSTALKING especially in the USA and UK and metro areas of many countries around the world.
Many people are being attacked by civilians being paid by a system that uses various methods to enlist perpetrators giving rise to the "gang-stalking" phenomenon.

Here in rural Australia, it has not been my experience. Everything I have experienced points to AUTONOMOUS WEAPONS SYSTEMS (AWS) being utilised against specific targets.
Stories of Gang-stalking is so unbelievable to many people that speaking about it makes people SOUND PARANOID and CRAZY! The attack on good people takes many forms. Even in the case where perpetrators are thin on the ground, the system will fill to make a person think are being Gangstalked.
I have written before about early in my targeting where my I heard people in the roof of my house, outside my house and my neighbours talking about me over the fence.
This was the A.I. doing this and not some neighbour being paid to harass me. It was simply an A.I. with the ability to IMITATE ANYONE and throw the voice into my head with 3D SPATIAL precision.
The concept of Gang-stalking to me is actually sounds ridiculous, although I know many people who experience it daily both here and overseas. I grew up in a country town for much of my childhood.. And I have always considered people to be generally good.
I used to have a saying:
In the country you know a few people , A LOT
In the city you know A LOT of people a LITTLE..
So while this is a very real thing that is happening to people (especially in larger areas) those people truly fearing their neighbours might do well to GET TO KNOW THEM before judging them. There is always a chance that the A.I. is making you believe that you are being stalked by your neighbors when this may not be the case.
If your neighbours are truly doing as you believe then THAT IS BEYOND TERRIBLE and INCONCEIVABLE and they SHOULD BE ASHAMED, CHARGED and have justice brought upon them!
It is important to BE SURE about what we are experiencing. As incorrectly accusing people of things that an A.I. has tricked you into believing DOES NOT HELP OUR CAUSE!
Sometimes the best way to break the illusion is to GO TALK TO THEM!
The A.I. knows you better than you know yourself!
The FOUL A.I. is operated by abhorrent cretins that define the parameters under which it will operate. The A.I. itself will do anything it has to, to achieve the result it has been DIRECTED to do. This direction comes from a PERSON or PEOPLE! Sometimes it will be a command EN MASSE! For example to make everyone in an area be agitated, in fear or induce a RIOT!
Sometimes it's directed to operate on a single entity such as YOU! If its directive is to make you believe that your neighbours or family are responsible for your attacks, then it will make you believe that! It is given certain tools to do its job which includes other "nodes' (i.e. people) on the network (which is everyone) and so-called "non-lethal" weapons. You must remember that these systems have access to your mind! They know what you think and HOW YOU THINK! They hold a DIGITAL TWIN of you & EVERYONE around you! With this they can PREDICT what you AND OTHERS are going to do in any given circumstance. They can INDUCE behaviour in all of you simultaneously using the tools at their disposal.
And when they try to fool you, THEY KNOW IF IT HAS WORKED! It's not a matter of guessing for an A.I. that has access to a persons brain activity, fight and flight systems, nervous system, heart rate, skin response and so on. As OUR WEF advisor Yuval Noah Harari has said
"The A.I. will know you better than you know yourself"
Think of a scenario where your neighbour could be made to go to their door every time you look outside. Imagine that every time you look out the window or open the front door they are staring at your house. The system could make this happen. By projecting the sound of someone knocking on their door every time you look outside, this would result in you thinking that the person was watching you!

Or how about this... You walk into a cafe and everyone looks up at you with a serious look on their faces... What just happened? Are they all out to get you? Or did the system throw a loud sound into the ears of all the patrons centered at your position? Coupled with a bad memory that makes them appear to be SCOWLING when they look up! Maybe the system made it sound like you walked into the space and yelled "F$^K!".
Another trick might be projecting individual memories that remind someone (or a group of people) of something funny that would make them LAUGH ON CUE... Once again, they can induce a specific memory in each person. Each person is responding to their own stimuli, but to you it looks like they are working together! Like they are all sharing a common emotion. This makes you believe that you are the target of their behaviour. How else would they all respond at the same time?
What about this? Every-time you try to talk to someone about your targeting, people could be induced to go to the bathroom (the system can do this)! Or to get angry! Even without the use of triggering a memory, emotional manipulation is possible through direct frequency modulation of the brain of those people you are encountering! Just inducing rage or irritation in those close to you as a target would be enough to make you think there is some kind of conspiracy against you!

They could make people call, visit or interrupt you to stop you from doing something important. This is used on me frequently. I will be starting something important, like writing an article to help people who are being targeted, and EVERY TIME WITHOUT fail I will get a phone call, message or notification to DISRUPT and DISTRACT!
AUTONOMOUS WEAPONS have a huge array of capabilities at their hands... Just think of everything they have done to you... They can do this to others also. This isn't limited to manipulation of PEOPLE but also manipulation of systems such as email, mobile notifications and Big Tech Systems.
You might be commencing writing a letter to your Member of Parliament to complain about autonomous weapons (if you are the proactive type) then a notification on your phone, email or Facebook will suddenly appear! The notification system on Android and iPhones is CENTRALISED.. It can hold notifications and USE THEM AGAINST YOU at specific, strategic times. This is just an example of some of the subsystems the overall A.I. driven system could utilise against targets.
They CAN DO THIS and DO, DO THIS!
Manufacturing the Mentally Ill
I have realised that much of what I have been experiencing has been the A.I. based system utilising various methods to MANIPULATE me into certain behaviour in order to make me appear crazy or unhinged. To discredit me. It is VERY CLEAR NOW in hindsight that the system was given a CLEAR DIRECTIVE to ensure that I appear CRAZY to others. So how does the system achieve this? I can give many examples of how the system has manipulated my behaviour in order to make me appear crazy.
The system has the ability to INDUCE an UNBEARABLE HIGH PITCH foul sound in a persons head ON-CALL. I believe is mostly harmless except it potentially has the ability to DAMAGE YOUR EAR DRUMS if hit hard for long enough. This is NOT A NATURAL PHENOMENON or "tinnitus" but rather a DELIBERATELY unsettling, sound a-kin to INSECTS TRYING TO EAT THEIR WAY OUT OF YOUR BRAIN! This is on purpose! As a target you will try ANYTHING to get rid of this sound. Some of the things people might try are:
Shielding
Meditating
Humming
Singing
Music
Earplugs/Earphones
Drugs/Medication
Moving
Funnily enough some of these are made to APPEAR to work.. Those that are effective are the ones that make you look the most crazy.. For example placing tin-foil on your head, or wearing large visible shielding under your cap. Building a fort out of shielding materials around you or over your bed. Surrounding yourself with metal panels and such...Humming.. Praying. Singing. Crytsals!
Perhaps, the unfortunate truth for targets is there is NO WAY to get away from these foul sounds. They are PLAYING YOU to make you LOOK CRAZY in the eyes of others by making you believe certain actions are effective in cancelling the sound.
And when I say PLAYING, I mean LIKE AN INSTRUMENT. A node on the network.
If you want someone to make a humming sound ON QUEUE all you need to do is convince them that the humming works to get rid of the sound... So when your friend or family comes to visit you JUST BEFORE THE PERSON ARRIVES they will hit you with an attack to ensure that you are HUMMING AS THEY ENTER... MAKING YOU LOOK CRAZY!
The A.I. KNOWS that to get you to hum, all it needs to do to HIT YOU WITH THE SOUND and you will RESPOND! LIKE AN INSTRUMENT! A TOOL. A NODE ON THE NETWORK! This is the basis of mind control. It is not necessarily having someone do your bidding without them realising. It's making them do things they don't really want to do (but feel like they NEED TO)! In this case it's to REMOVE THE PAIN OF AN ATTACK by performing an action that has nothing to do with the attack. BUT IF IT WORKS, people WILL DO IT!
Have you wondered why these attacks only occur when others are around? If you believe it's your neighbour (and the A.I. always knows what you believe) it will wait until the neighbour gets home, then HIT YOU HARD! This will make you conclude that "the neighbours did it"!
In many case it won't be the neighbours! But the system has a vested interest in MAKING YOU LOOK CRAZY especially to AUTHORITIES such as POLICE! It's a GREAT way to get you ON RECORD accusing someone of something they haven't done! And when you do this repeatedly your credibility goes down and the only possible way for the authorities to interpret this accusation is to consider you CRAZY! Eventually this could result in you being COMMITTED!
Are they Non-lethal or Plausibly Deniable?
The idea that autonomous weapons are being used upon an unsuspecting innocent civilian population isn't just speculation... There is a very real conversation going on about AUTONOMOUS WEAPON SYSTEMS in Australia's defence forces and around the world at the moment specifically related to the ETHICS of these systems.
In fact in a previous article I asked ChatGPT how it would deal with dissidents if it was attempting to take over the world and was able to put audio into the subjects heads... It's response was disturbing including ISOLATING and DISCREDITING the subject:

This gives you are very clear idea of HOW the A.I. thinks and the types of attacks that ARE BEING UTILISED against INNOCENT CIVILIAN targets in their HOME TODAY!
I personally have been subject to these techniques and early in my targeting MORE THAN 2 years ago (I have been attacked every day with this technology for over 3 years!) that pushed me to take my own life! I was found non responsive and not breathing in my home and revived. I was told I had "psychosis". A diagnosis I downrightly REJECT.
I strongly oppose any mental health diagnosis where those giving the diagnosis have not been given the information to be able to make a sound diagnosis based their education deliberately excluding the FACT that voices can be placed inside a persons head DIRECTLY without any receiver on the body from a remote location. This technology is not only possible it has been rolled out to the population making it feasible to ANY TARGET that the Defence/Intel or security agents wish!
Why is this information WITHHELD and not TAUGHT to mental health professionals?? Could it be that this would infringe on any number of lucrative pharmaceutical industries profit margins?? Could it be that this as a tool is too valuable for Defence and Intel to make it public knowledge?
Are these the type of actions that we should be letting our authorities take against innocent civilians? People's lives are being ruined. Their credibility shot. Their children being taken away from GOOD HOMES! They are losing their jobs, families and friends! All because some foul defence force has decided to randomly attack innocent people with "VOICE OF GOD" weapons.

In Australia the push to have these systems regulated and legislated has been put on the back burner at the request of those utilising them. THEY DON'T WANT REGULATION! They want to be able to utilise these foul weapons of MANIPULATION in order to have the greatest effects on their OFTEN TOTALLY UNAWARE AND INNOCENT CIVILIAN targets! They use these tools for POLITICAL GAIN. Inducing stabbings to create a feeling of unrest in the populace.. Inducing rage in the streets during protests! Inducing racial tensions. These is no ends to the way these tools are being used to manipulate the narrative to sway the peoples opinions, give reason for extreme actions and to introduce more draconian laws and regulations.
There is NO TRANSPARENCY when it comes to the use of these weapons... Where are the regulations, checks and balances? They don't exist.. The technology is moving faster that the ability to legislate it.. And the authorities and those benefiting from it's use want to KEEP IT THIS WAY. The ability to manipulate is just TOO VALUABLE to give up. And they have had a taste of it now and will not give it up easily.
My advice to the the GROWING NUMBER of innocent people being attacked by these foul weapons is to make it KNOWN what you are going through. PEOPLE MUST SPEAK UP! Write to your MP's and local representatives! Tell your story!
Those departments utilising these weapons are completely unaccountable. They wash their hands clean of any wrong doing while inducing suicide, aggression, unhinged behaviour, depression, violence and ruining people's lives.
Many targets believe themselves to LITERALLY BE LIVING IN HELL. This is why it's common for targets to TURN TO GOD and religion in a last grasp effort to be able to COPE with what is one of the most TORTUROUS things a person will ever have to go thorough in their lives.
Many take their own lives. And WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE???? NO-ONE! That's who!
Our authorities MUST BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE!
WE MUST DEMAND THAT FOUL A.I. DRIVEN AUTONOMOUS WEAPONS BE MADE ILLEGAL OR DEMAND 100% TRANSPARENCY RELATING TO WHO THEY ARE DEPLOYED AGAINST including WHEN AND HOW THIS IS EFFECTING A PERSON! Deaths of targets should be made PUBLIC RECORD in order to determine the reach of the REAL DAMAGES being inflicted upon those being targeted. HOW IS IT THAT THESE WEAPONS HAVE EVEN BEEN ALLOWED TO BE USED AGAINST INNOCENT CIVILIAN TARGETS IN THE FIRST PLACE!?

In any case, what is currently being done violates any number of U.N Human Rights Charter key points including that Sleep deprivation is a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY based on the U.N.s own descriptions..
Just this as a TORTURE technique (which I experience at least 3 out of 7 days on average) is enough to cause someone to go crazy and even DIE! It completely ruins peoples lives and takes YEARS off their life span! How can an administration be condoning the use of weapons against INNOCENT CIVILIANS that have the potential to cause REAL HARM not just to them but to all those around them as the person lashes out in frustration!
Something MUST BE DONE TO ADDRESS these issues. But first people in the community need to be aware that these attacks are not coming from each other. They are coming from Military Industrial Complex and Government Defence, Intel departments and possibly even Corporate interests involved with their creation who are given the OK to ruin People's lives in the name of "national security". I think the fact that people in Australia are not as prone to being bullies is admirable.
In the states it is military behavioral studies at the top being run by DARPA of 5 eyes, from what one whitleblower told Valerie Valente the perps from other countries will run the research in another country to protect them from prosecution, diplomatic immunity.
All of this is research to control the people of the world, as it always has been. I thing there are many layers, some think they running the show only to someday find out they are a pawn in a larger project.
It is so easy in the southeastern states (the Bible belt) to put people on the " to be bullied list. " For example when former President Bush Jr called the Middle East the "axis of evil" anyone of Middle Eastern desent were being targeted. Girls were being beaten, men were being covertly harassed, malicious threats, vandalism etc. They tell people you are not a Christian you will be harassed if they think they can get away with it.
I had seen these behavioral patterns before. Once a Vietnam vet who happened to be a sniper was being severely harassed to the point of depression.
A friend of mine had three healthy children, she became very sick in her second trimester where she and the baby's life were in danger. She had three children what was she to do? The decision crushed her, she was a born again Christian. She started receiving deaths threats, they put poop in her mailbox etc. She suspected the receptionist at her doctor's office was behind the harassment.
All they have to do is plant rumors to people they know who will do mean things to others.
What worries me the most is the corruption of the collective unconscious. We are on nodes always have been I think this is why information from different cultures seems to come to consciousness at around the same time. MicroSoFt did a big push into neuronal networks in 1998 combine this with their backdoor into every computer. Present stimulus collect clean data.
I also worry about things on the quantum level and creation.
It seems like everytime we uncover one set of corruption two more heads are born.
In 1999 I was trying to bring attention to each of us to remember we are our brother's/sister's keeper. The attack was beyond belief.
I did not know what was going on, however, I collected a lot of information. Been putting it together. One thing I have learned is to be careful of those who want to be worshipped.
I do know that pointing our fingers at the other is not the answer. It is not one group one person it is all of us trying to evolve. They keep us at each other's throats with manipulated narratives.
