This same method you describe has been done to manipulate my children and their eating and sleep habits, so that I would be rendered incapable of doing their school work and this is used in the defamation campaign to discredit me on this basis, and what I find is that one day we might all be fully functioning, but they can shut us down making us incapable of even conversing effectively other times, the robotization and zombification effect. That includes our cognitive executive ability to recall certain words, their meaning and what have you. The questions that it raises for me are the following:
1. Is there really the will and the organisation to enact some national or global level totalitarian control society like this? The perpetrators would be megalomanical and egotistical, but they would be very, very few and the pushback against them by those who think it is too dangerous or too evil would be considerable. Do you think the plan involves the United States, even if they are trialling on TIs (like us) from other countries? Or is it global, or is it Western? Do Western intelligence agencies look envious at China's totalitarian performance (and China's social credit score may well already include neural-AI behaviour management for the entire population) and think that this is sink or swim?
2. Is it possible that your narrative amps up the coordinated conspiracy level of it? All of the pieces of the puzzle might well exist, but to put them together as a highly coordinated and long-term planned project might be a bit much. Say there is an organisation that possesses the technology and expertise to do this - perhaps they have been testing all the pieces but not with the intention to bring them all together in the evil conspiracy you have described.
3. But, if we grant that world-historical changes do happen, and are often technologically led, wouldn't there need to be more contingencies built into the program? How much control can these remote 'nudges' enact on populations, especially those with vibrant and extant human rights and protest traditions? How do they build in inoculation against whisteblowers and internal splits? And, what degree does this look like the much rumoured takeover of society *by AI, for AI* - with some human recruitment but basically an out-of-control AI that has designed the plan, co-opted the institutions that build the tech and implant it?

This article was written using only what exists in academia. From my personal experience, I know much of this is already happening. And with authoritarianism and weaponized mental health being harnessed across the western world - it’s only going to get worse.

My queries are based on the idea that we - and AI - can only guess at the underlying motives and logic of the system. When it is designed to lead us astray, we have to be humble with our assertions of how the system works and what it wants from us, and from the world.
You make a good point. This goes to the core of what we face. For if the system is designed for deception then we cannot trust our own experiences to define what it is. I believe this is much of the issue being faced by so many. Hi Mr. Pico, thank you for this post. I use a 'grounding rod' that I screw into the ground (You have to check the ground for the level of EMF so you are not picking this up with the rod. I use my EMF meter.) and attached to it is a wire (feeds through the window) with at the end is a strap made with silver lining that I wrap around my ankle and wear in my home and when I'm out side I wear Moccasins made of cowhide. I am very sensitive to EMF radiation and all the other technology out there producing radiation. I have Lyme to contend with and my other symptoms (still there) but are less bothersome.

I have found simple grounding mats that use powerpoint earth to ground ineffective… I think you generally need to run your own ground.
