Another thing to note is that mobile phones are the source of most of the pain I experience from the system. I have a means for managing myself in my own home that has been very effective... they tried me too cindy .. (gainesville hosp.) if i didnt remember faces, there is no telling what would have happened. first a dr wrongly tells me i have liver cancer and i need emergency surgery. but who is his nurse?? a bytch i had as my nurse in Fla. when i aed she blew me off but i h done seen the tattoos on her arm. a sleave with a DISTINCT style and clearly stood out. i wo up real quick from the drugs and left AMA only before i could leave the dr came back telling me there was a mix up and i was ok.

This with the police. One time I got off the bus and saw the police officer who I suspected is in this gangstalking, she was sitting in a police car and I was going to test her a little so I had my eyes on her the whole time when I got off and she turned her head towards me and turned her head back very quickly when she saw that I was looking! And here in Sweden and as in the US, there is no help to get. Just tablets from psychiatry. And I've had a black-and-grey helicopter over me several times. I live in a cottage, nearest neighbor 300 m away.

Hello Fiona! Can you take a picture of what I have written please. I cant find it. But its the same here in Sweden. I get DEW, day and night. They destroy things I like. I get shots in the back of my head, hands or somewhere else. They destroy protection I have. They gass me day and night. They put someting in my water and food. They rape me and I dont remember a thing! Its the smell! The only thing I dont have is V2K. So here is desame as in US.

They also play games like if you write "No-one will see this" They make sure EVERYONE SEES IT making you appear crazy... Or showing your comment to many people who are strongly in opposition to your view just to cause an argument.
The can push posts designed to "trigger" you to the top of your feed.
They will some times COMPLETELY REMOVE information. Modify the number of "likes".. Anything to control your perception of how people are treating your post...

I heard a good medium talk about evil people when they died. All the protection we have,( brainwashed, tuff, angry)down on earth, it dissapear when we die. And we become only Consciousness. they gonna understand what they done. And they gonna feel everything they have done to us. I say that to them now and then. But its still sad that they can do this to other people.

I agree about the wifi and phones. I can't have my mobile phone anywhere near me because it results in so much pain that I end up having to throw it.. It's obviously part of cutting all communications off from the targets to keeping them ISOLATED so they can continue TORTURING and HARASSING them illegally and continuing to commit WAR CRIMES without recourse...
If you must have the phone near you, if someone should call you etc, you can wrap it in aluminiumfoil. I have done this for a couple of year now. But I stop doing it I thought maby it vasnt nessesery. But my god, I was hit hard with the DEW. Now I always, every night wrap them in aluminium. You can also have the phone on recording during the night.

Im listening to this podcast and have been targeted for 20 year's now , everything is so key and dead on the way you explain the whole targeted thing, Im attacked on a daily basis and experience all the symptoms. It's a nightmare I can't run from, just cope with it as best as I can with the hellp of the Lord Jesus Christ. Another thing to note is that mobile phones are the source of most of the pain I experience from the system. I have a means for managing myself in my own home that has been very effective... I can now sleep when I want to sleep and work on my computer when I want to... The only thing I can't do is have a MOBILE PHONE, WIFI or SMART DEVICES IN THE HOUSE...
Without all their TRINKETS they are MUCH WEAKER.. Then you can manage it with only breathing, affirmation and some simple emf fabric and panels...
The other thing I use is a frequency "Ultrasonic sweep" which is a sound I play over speaker that is a SINE WAVE increasing in pitch over 30 seconds...
It needs to be played on decent speakers on repeat...
It usually cancels tinnitus for about 2 mins plays for 30 seconds. and if you play it every 3 minutes it removes the constant tinnitus/acoustic attacks.

But yeah, if you want peace.. Ditch the phone! (even putting it in the next room is not enough. out the front of the house in the boot of the car inside a metal box is better...
Imagine being a CEO of a large corporation... being aware of the abilities of this technology and how they use it... and then being so nieve as to hire them and then think that they won't somehow turn this against them too some day. No matter how ruthless a CEO might be, this should be a concern and would probably be the primary reason, no matter how evil I might be, that I would never even get near a private security company that does this stuff. Simple self preservation.

I think it is important to highlight the V2K technology as a very large part of what most people who are targeted are exposed to (or can at least share about their experience). I believe that people need to start differentiating between Remote Neural MONITORING and Remote Neural MODULATION. Monitoring being READING the brain activity of a subject remotely and MODULATION being CHANGING or INDUCING brain activity.
Indeed the effects of V2K are likely induced through Microwave Remote Neural MODULATION which simply makes it one of the MANY things Neuroscience has learned to be able to do through Modulating brain activity. This is actually very likely and is supported by the fact that much of experience people have of V2K appears to "carry" on other sounds in their environment.
This is why people might report experiences like hearing their stomach say words or the fridge abuse them, or hear their attackers in a TV program or in the shower.
Because the body expects these SOUNDS to carry naturally through the ear canal, when this is absent often (especially during training where they are trying to get you to hear the sounds in the first place) the brain requires some kind of stimulation via the ear canal in order to "register" the sound as legit...
I think what you are saying is right in that V2K assists in discrediting people because if you go to anyone and say you're hearing voices they immediately think you are crazy.. Not that saying someone is "reading your mind" is going to sound any better....
This is basically a result of people being programmed by our media and psychologists being programmed via their policy booklets and journals that have been curated by those who rule (and control these systems) to ensure: Hearing voices = crazy.
