Write out an affidavit and have it notarized and send it to whatever Governmental body you want. The State Department for starters. They have certain rules they are required to follow. We must distinguish between a feature, and a side effect, of the proliferation of this self assembling nanotech.
Some possibilities arise, and so..
1. It may be that your blood is completely clean of this nanotech, therefore you are just sensitive to the increases RF.

2. You may have been exposed to it, and you are suffering from side effects (think 'long covid' psyop)
Or...
3. You have been overtly targeted.

The immune suppression is something that crossed my mind also.
I noticed small scratches now get easily infected and take a long time to heal - quite a dramatic change from one hear ago, before I was bioweaponed.
