I had NO idea the borax helped aide this process. I have been using it in my bath along with baking soda and epsom. I have this biofilm on the bottom of my feet. I can see it very clearly and have not been able to fully remove it. I will stop with the borax asap and see if I get results. I can put castor oil on bottoms of feet and rub off huge chunks, but I can never get it all off.
I have a heap on my feet also.. It's everywhere so if you walk barefoot it's probably best done on SAND.
You could try vinegar or peroxide first.. Let it sit for a bit. This weakens the hydrogels.. Then SOAK and bathe in epsom salts and bicarb and essential oils. Then apply castor oil and finish with coconut or olive oil :)

That is not to say you don't have a fungus.. You may have... It's important to identify what it is you are dealing with before trying to treat it..
Borax internally should only be given in very trace amounts (like a small pinch) anyway and is known to be very beneficial for many things. It can be toxic in higher quantities..
If what you have is fungal, working on your IMMUNITY is going to be much more beneficial than trace amounts in borax I imagine.
Fungal infections only take hold when your immunity is down..

What about taking boron internally? I had thought it was anti fungal? I also have this fungus inside my body. It has gone to my muscles, I believe.
