This is exactly what I was worried about with this. I know so many people who have fallen for the foul aim of the globalists - dismantling religion in a bid to make people easier to control. Dismissing religion because it's "a method of control over the masses" is very prevalent (especially here in Australia)

Navigating Spiritual Truths requires discernment and intuition... Any tool that sharpens intuition is obviously going to reap benefits allowing you to see clearer and hone your intuition further..

Our intuitions must be honed and coupled with WISDOM and EXPERIENCE in order to navigate it..
It's funny because respect for elders in the WESTERN world is also lacking - I think this is very tied to spiritual understanding... If you don't listen to your elders then you miss out on the wisdom of the ages...

We can't be complacent of course, we still have much to do as you suggest, but in doing these things we have the best chance of protecting ourselves from "their" negative energy and succeeding in overthrowing them. The astounding thing is, that the very people whom put me on one of their special lists, became my very good friends when I shared a cell block, with them, for two months.
They were all ex-Special Forces in various Armies throughout the non-Western world, and they came to respect how I fought like a lion against the forces of evil, masquerading as Police, Border Guards, Government heads and even, personally, the UN High Commissioner , who I humiliated in front of all the Guards and my fellow prisoners.
I demanded that she resign immediately, because when she visited us with her staff, she saw nothing wrong with the fact that I was still standing in the same clothes that they had arrested me in, two months previously.
And if you have ever seen a grown woman, morph into a guilty little five year old, caught pulling the legs of her pet spider......
Well.....that look of sheer defeat in her face, as she nearly swallowed her tongue In the sheer realisation....that she was a husk of little non-entity, in front of the whole prison, and everyone saw her for what she was.
And that could only be achieved with Christ’s aura emanating from my soul, yet again.
I have so much to tell of my victories on an individual and organisational battles with these armed entities, because as they knew, and I reminded them....
One thing I also want to add as an additional technique you can use to access greater levels of health, awareness and resilience.
Sustained humming. Look up The Humming Effect to learn more about how to do this. But basically you hum for at least 5 seconds and you hold the vibration in a part of your body sending positive emotions to that area. You do it as an in and out breathing technique. So you breathe in deeply and then as you exhale you hum. Pause then repeat.
I've been doing this regularly and it really helps all areas of my life. Light and frequency are very powerful tools we can use to our advantage. Especially when we can create our own frequency within our body via our own voice.

The Egyptians knew all of this in ancient times... the pyramids were not built as tombs for kings! They were energy centres and the main pyramid at Giza connected to the sphinx which had initiation rooms underneath it. My teacher and I discussed this 30 years ago!
