Just by installing Linux (I use Manjaro Linux which is a less common distribution and seems to have served me well and been free from hacks so far for months! just with a basic firewall UFW. The most common Linux Ubuntu was a shocker and is compromised it seems). I only install Open source software to prevent unknown code from executing on my machine.
Windows is (obviously) compromised. And so is Android and iPhone. These companies are all complicit is seems..
Android might be open source (which means developers can see what the OS is doing by reading the code), but as soon as you install say Facebook for example or Youtube these are PROPRIETARY (i.e. closed source), which makes them BLACK BOXES (i.e. you can't see what they are doing behind the scenes)., And Facebook for example requires you to give them access to your entire filesystem just to upload images (this isn't required if they had developed it with user privacy in mind) .
It's likely that many of the hacks are just rouge closed source apps on peoples phones that grant processes access to stuff they shouldn't have access to..

Unfortunately I know first hand about trauma. I have had plenty of situations where I have tried to ignore the hurt and pain from workplace bullying, identity theft, gangstalking and normal life but haven’t had time to heal. So, it goes on without being dealt with. It plays out by a freeze and isolate behavior. Most days I stay at home scared to work or go out. I’ve learned to hide it and keep humor at my side with a smile. I thought I was healing but it must have been the spillage that sometimes unexpectedly surfaces. I never realized how trauma stays within your body for years and how it can get overwhelming at times. I believe more information should be available to recognize the signs of undealt with trauma.
Hey Rhonda, the path to healing is threefold. Body, Mind and Soul. This has the power to stop the V2K, the Tinnitus/Programming and the targeting.
We must tackle all three at once in a holistic form in order to truly rise above our situation. With compassion for self and understanding of those who oppose us. It is understanding that allows us to change our perspective allowing us to heal the mind of years of programming. Dear Rhonda, what you say by "freeze and isolate" is very accurate. This understanding of a sudden temperature drop is the very basis for the trauma therapies developed by Peter Levine with "Somatic Experiencing". His founding concept is that the human autonomic nervous system has not just 2 options (fight or flight) when faced with a traumatic episode but a 3rd option, which is to freeze. Animals do this automatically when they sense extreme danger. But then they are able to quickly shake of the grip of the frozen energy and move on. Humans can't accomplish this rapid shake-off of course, and thus trauma crystallizes into the tissues as emotional constellations which occupy cellular receptors. (Insects do this rapid shakeoff too, as I have many times observed.) The trauma many of us are now experiencing is very complex, since individual trauma is entangled with collective trauma, and present trauma with intergenerational trauma. Moreover, the application of trauma to steer humanity towards its own perdition is now clearly in view, as this and other substacks describe. One starting point for the healing of all trauma is to work on restoring resonance in the CNS and to gently and repetitively bring back the buried strengths of the person into view. Healing of trauma needs a wider acknowledgment of our tribal selves, and our original selves, our shared humanity, to draw nourishment from.
An interesting phenomenon of the effects of programming is that the reality we perceive is custom to ourselves... I have seen people on a forum discussing a recording they have taken of their handlers V2K. The person who has taken the recording insists they can hear their programmers. For now, install MANJARO instead of UBUNTU.. Ubuntu has sold out.. There is a reason it gets the most coverage in the Linux Community Because THEY want it this way.
Manjaro is on a base that is not commonly used.. Due to this it appears to have remained pure... For now..
That was my intention. Last time I tried to post as a feature piece it was pure drama. They deleted a long piece I had written then attacked the network so it wouldn’t even save as a draft. Just by installing Linux (I use Manjaro Linux which is a less common distribution and seems to have served me well and been free from hacks so far for months! just with a basic firewall UFW. The most common Linux Ubuntu was a shocker and is compromised it seems). I only install Open source software to prevent unknown code from executing on my machine.
Windows is (obviously) compromised. And so is Android and iPhone. These companies are all complicit is seems..
Android might be open source (which means developers can see what the OS is doing by reading the code), but as soon as you install say Facebook for example or Youtube these are PROPRIETARY (i.e. closed source), which makes them BLACK BOXES (i.e. you can't see what they are doing behind the scenes)., And Facebook for example requires you to give them access to your entire filesystem just to upload images (this isn't required if they had developed it with user privacy in mind) .
It's likely that many of the hacks are just rouge closed source apps on peoples phones that grant processes access to stuff they shouldn't have access to..
This could be low level parts of the OS like proprietary drivers for hardware that get automatically installed giving full access to the entire phone..
It's all very technical.. but not really.

When I’m outside it’s the norm for people to greet. And we greet in the plural meaning concern and care for all.

I have ALWAYS believed something else was triggering all this violence. It just doesn’t make sense on a cultural level but then:
1. 53% youth unemployment
2. 34% among adults
3. SA is the top 5th country to consume the most alcohol;
Substances are used in majority of heinous crimes;
4. Thousands of children don’t get into school and can wait several months;
5. Attempts to fuel violence are constant be it interpersonal or group violence;
6. Huge rise in mass shootings and entire families from children to seniors aren’t spared;
7. Add to that unresolved/unaddressed intergenerational trauma and self-hate from systemic racism & apartheid
8. The country’s memory of state operations to knowingly infect Afrikans with HIV/AIDS;
9. Landlessness & Land Justice tensions reignited just days ago;
10. SA at the epicentre of Human Trafficking. Children go missing regularly. Some scandals involving wealthy foreigners.
11. Collapsing Infrastructure largely due to corruption, negligence and DEI or they call it BEE here.
12. Cybercrime on the rise dramatically. A lot of people have experienced Identity Theft. It has ruined lives taking YEARS to address if at all. Students can’t register for school, access their academic marks, sports teams, travel, apply for Social Grants or scholarships; it’s insane here and it’s also the norm for most orgs and institutions to have WhatsApp groups in the name of accessibility.
13. The poorest carry the biggest costs especially for DATA & WiFi. It’s sooo wrong. They charge separately for DATA and WiFi for those who can’t afford a monthly plan. You need a steady income to have a decent plan that always comes with perks and rewards.
The disenfranchised spend all their money on these devices and electricity and water both of which have become precariously unreliable.
And with ALL of that and more SA is still bustling with energy, laughter, ingenuity, stunning beauty, boundless creativity and passion for life❤️

Unfortunately I know first hand about trauma. I have had plenty of situations where I have tried to ignore the hurt and pain from workplace bullying, identity theft, gangstalking and normal life but haven’t had time to heal. So, it goes on without being dealt with. It plays out by a freeze and isolate behavior. Most days I stay at home scared to work or go out. I’ve learned to hide it and keep humor at my side with a smile. I thought I was healing but it must have been the spillage that sometimes unexpectedly surfaces. I never realized how trauma stays within your body for years and how it can get overwhelming at times. I believe more information should be available to recognize the signs of undealt with trauma.
Hey Rhonda, the path to healing is threefold. Body, Mind and Soul. This has the power to stop the V2K, the Tinnitus/Programming and the targeting.
We must tackle all three at once in a holistic form in order to truly rise above our situation. With compassion for self and understanding of those who oppose us. It is understanding that allows us to change our perspective allowing us to heal the mind of years of programming. We must re-program ourselves to break our fears and the illusions we have been placed under.

Dear Rhonda, what you say by "freeze and isolate" is very accurate. This understanding of a sudden temperature drop is the very basis for the trauma therapies developed by Peter Levine with "Somatic Experiencing". His founding concept is that the human autonomic nervous system has not just 2 options (fight or flight) when faced with a traumatic episode but a 3rd option, which is to freeze. Animals do this automatically when they sense extreme danger. But then they are able to quickly shake of the grip of the frozen energy and move on. Humans can't accomplish this rapid shake-off of course, and thus trauma crystallizes into the tissues as emotional constellations which occupy cellular receptors. (Insects do this rapid shakeoff too, as I have many times observed.) The trauma many of us are now experiencing is very complex, since individual trauma is entangled with collective trauma, and present trauma with intergenerational trauma. Moreover, the application of trauma to steer humanity towards its own perdition is now clearly in view, as this and other substacks describe. One starting point for the healing of all trauma is to work on restoring resonance in the CNS and to gently and repetitively bring back the buried strengths of the person into view. Healing of trauma needs a wider acknowledgment of our tribal selves, and our original selves, our shared humanity, to draw nourishment from.

An interesting phenomenon of the effects of programming is that the reality we perceive is custom to ourselves... I have seen people on a forum discussing a recording they have taken of their handlers V2K. The person who has taken the recording insists they can hear their programmers. Yet the other person insist they hear THEIR programmers!
What if each of them has been programmed to hear their own form of harassment or targeted messages when they are exposed to various frequencies or sounds??
