You need to do it good. And it takes a lot of work. I have seen a reply from the agency that it was not in good order to work on. They consider it was a letter without giving any answer. It was from you.

Very helpful! The bones plus of letters are there! Every country has these offices...no legislation as such has been mentioned to tie it to any particular country...it's just so helpful to have this as a guide...gets us started..
