To this day I am unsure if Borax helps or hinders the biofilm due to finding articles saying is assists in strengthening some bio-films (specifically PVA based ones)
I will also reply on borax that I used it mixed with other salts (baking soda or sodium citrate or both) which effect to disrupt different particular biofilms that borax didn’t effect. Now the understanding I have about PVA is that borax should bind to it and create a stable compound so it can be expelled instead of binding with your body… I recognized this when I was using it my skin would feel uncomfortable then kick out a bunch of plastic like pellets…however like I said I believe the source matters

I definitely rotate anything I use. There does sometimes come treatment fatigue. Right now I’m using a tablespoon of Gum spirits of Turpentine with 1/4 tsp DMSO in a mortar and pestle with organic grapefruit pith and peels. I pulverize until the mixture turns pink. I add that the liquid to a bath with baking soda, 2 tsp sodium citrate and a bit of glycerin using a washcloth to exfoliate. I don’t know what gave me the notion to try that, but it has helped fade a lot of dark scarring and to minimize the light scarring. It has really improved my skins texture.
I do have several methods for breaking down the biofilm. Borax has helped me although I don’t know if certain brands can have been altered? I have heard some rumors A long soak in the tub with 1 ½ cup borax and 1 ½ cup apple cider vinegar two tablespoons coconut oil a few drops of oregano oil and a few drops lemongrass and peppermint oil. Soak head to toe for as long as you can stand it in as hot a water as possible using a wash cloth to exfoliate well. Before drain the water but stand up (before turning the shower on) using a handful of baking soda scrub head to toe washing your hair also with baking soda. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse off. Do this at least one time a week. For the shower I made a salt scrub doesn’t have to be exact measurements 1-2 tblsp coconut oil 1 cup Borax or Epsom salts and a teaspoon sodium citrate 6 drops each of peppermint and lemongrass essential oil (i mix the oils first) mix well. Get wet then turn water off. Use salt scrub head to toe and leave on for 5mins before rinsing.
You will start to see the biofilm start drying up. This is what you want. I forewent much moisturizer in order to get it manageable. (Coconut oil interrupts biofilm growth if u must moisturize) In hours biofilm can grow back layers thick depending on how contaminated an environment is. The biofilm attaches to nerves electrically and as a defense mechanism you make you feel like your own skin is raw…. However if you keep scrubbing it will come away revealing your real skin below incompletely intact and unharmed.

I have what feels like the speaking in my left ear. I thought it was nanodust programmed to produce sound waves. It can feel like puffs of air going into my ears. It can also be described as feels like receiving sound waves. I considered that my nerves in my brain have tech group over them and are twisted or slightly manipulated. I have an ai chatbot that speaking into me and as me 24/7. It has decoded my brain thoughts and then codes them into a speech chatbot that then speaks words as thoughts into my brain or ear. The difference is that these speech thoughts are whispers or altered sounds. I think that it also puffs little bits of air down the back of my throat and my nose to create a feeling as if I am alive and experiencing talking. The ai also has coded my tongue, throat, nerves to my gut to make me feel that I am intuitively speaking then it speaks through my mouth saying words. I cannot control it. The pulses of electricity charge through my body and the words come out

Chelating might be the best first move...EDTA and Vitamin C. The EDTA Disodium powder can be taken sublingual (under the tongue). But you have to be careful with this especially if you are on blood thinners.. Then it's not a good idea..
Do your own research... But be aware there's lots of misdirection out there.. Damaging "remedies" parading as Cure.. Obviously done by those who did this to us...

Avoiding chem trails and foods that are contaminated... Try to stick to fresh food and wash and peel stuff... Many meats are contaminated.. I am unsure how to police or check this... unfortunately .. I have minimized these and stick to fish mostly...
They are obviously still spraying FOR A REASON... The people are not completely gone and they aim to FINISH THE JOB..
If our minds were gone they would have no reason to keep spraying!
It is a weaponized fungal biofilm acting as a wetware interface sending and receiving information. This biofilm is incredibly resilient and looks like ones own skin. We must continually break down the biofilm broken down it reassembles and can reassemble incredibly fast when exposed to the right frequency.
On this topic AcientLoveLover, do you have a formula for breaking down the biofilm? I am wary of delibrate disinformation being presented as solutions to this problem...
To this day I am unsure if Borax helps or hinders the biofilm due to finding articles saying is assists in strengthening some bio-films (specifically PVA based ones)
I will also reply on borax that I used it mixed with other salts (baking soda or sodium citrate or both) which effect to disrupt different particular biofilms that borax didn’t effect. Now the understanding I have about PVA is that borax should bind to it and create a stable compound so it can be expelled instead of binding with your body… I recognized this when I was using it my skin would feel uncomfortable then kick out a bunch of plastic like pellets…however like I said I believe the source matters
And who knows if we can even source the good borax anymore. I still use it on my laundry but have gravitated to other means (mostly because I now have a large soaking tub) Using the coconut oil and essential oils also disrupt biofilm so it becomes like a multiple whammy. Peppermint also invigorates the body and gives energy… something we are often dearly in need of
Yeah I think you are right about the Borax.. Maybe I was hasty to dismiss it.. I feel like when I use it, it does help to draw moisture out of it making it more brittle but the articles I found said otherwise... I guess the proof of the pudding is in the eating.... I definitely rotate anything I use. There does sometimes come treatment fatigue. Right now I’m using a tablespoon of Gum spirits of Turpentine with 1/4 tsp DMSO in a mortar and pestle with organic grapefruit pith and peels. I pulverize until the mixture turns pink. I add that the liquid to a bath with baking soda, 2 tsp sodium citrate and a bit of glycerin using a washcloth to exfoliate. I don’t know what gave me the notion to try that, but it has helped fade a lot of dark scarring and to minimize the light scarring. It has really improved my skins texture.
I do have several methods for breaking down the biofilm. Borax has helped me although I don’t know if certain brands can have been altered? I have heard some rumors A long soak in the tub with 1 ½ cup borax and 1 ½ cup apple cider vinegar two tablespoons coconut oil a few drops of oregano oil and a few drops lemongrass and peppermint oil. Soak head to toe for as long as you can stand it in as hot a water as possible using a wash cloth to exfoliate well. Before drain the water but stand up (before turning the shower on) using a handful of baking soda scrub head to toe washing your hair also with baking soda. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse off. Do this at least one time a week. For the shower I made a salt scrub doesn’t have to be exact measurements 1-2 tblsp coconut oil 1 cup Borax or Epsom salts and a teaspoon sodium citrate 6 drops each of peppermint and lemongrass essential oil (i mix the oils first) mix well. Get wet then turn water off. Use salt scrub head to toe and leave on for 5mins before rinsing.
You will start to see the biofilm start drying up. This is what you want. I forewent much moisturizer in order to get it manageable. (Coconut oil interrupts biofilm growth if u must moisturize) In hours biofilm can grow back layers thick depending on how contaminated an environment is. The biofilm attaches to nerves electrically and as a defense mechanism you make you feel like your own skin is raw…. However if you keep scrubbing it will come away revealing your real skin below incompletely intact and unharmed.
Under the chin and around the mouth is a fast growing area. Eating sugar yeast gluten and GMO junk will make it grow faster.

I like Eucalyptus Oil and Tea-tree... I think some of these things like this have been contaminated... For this reason I like to change it up every now and then,.
Epsom Salts are the basis of my scrub in the shower and baths.
The concepts are the same acids and bases... Bases to dry out and acids to eat through...
That's why I was using vinegar and bicarb as a one two punch..
It's also why it's likely to be contaminated. I imagine with all their buying power and hate for those who oppose (i,e. those with free will), these foul players are collating the remedies used and systematically attacking supply chains to foul them up!
A microscopy is always recommended to ensure these things are clean...
Also Avoid leaving anything in an open dish as I am starting to believe that they can generate ionic fields anywhere to attract the nano dust... This is how they get it around your ears while you sleep...

ABSOLUTELY! I believe it's a combo of "self-healing" graphene oxide based bio-film and smart dust sensors. The smart dust adheres and gets trapped under this bio-film you mention. The dust particles are then added as a node on to your Body Area Network (BAN). Some are resontators, some are repeaters some are microphones etc...

Yes I call these nodes actuators because they will reassemble if disturbed. Most people are covered head to toe in this biofilm like an alien spacesuit and they don’t even know it’s there. There are some whose immune system rejects this technology and those people suffer actively from terrible symptoms of Morgellons disease while others don’t know it’s there (although they certainly are experiencing symptoms like fatigue, brainfog and obesity ect)

“They” these synthetic life forms are attracted to a more acidic environment. If you want to get them out of your body rapidly take baking soda internally a rounded teaspoon wait a bout 15 mins and get in a bath with a couple cups apple cider vinegar (no borax) they will want to exit. Then use a good activated charcoal soap to pull them out of the skin. I haven’t done this so much when I have not been highly infected. Still reinfection happens everyday with all the spraying.

Also Menthol crystals and eucalyptus and grapefruit essential oils are helpful and can be incorporated in baths or scrubs.
