It's a double edged sword if you work "out in it".. If there are chemtrails in the air you are getting hydrogel and nano exposure... But you are also getting sun.
If you are cleaning properly you should be fine... But it's an on going battle...
You really need to be soaking in the tub a couple of times a week,... (or even swimming for an hour at the beach every few days if that's an option.).
Vinegar to weaken the polymers...
Bi carb and (Epsom) salts to remove.
Olive or Coconut Oil to replenish and protect from more attaching...
